為什麼山上餐廳甕仔雞總是標榜龍眼木料理呢?

原因除了燃燒穩定，龍眼木特性就是無煙，
不會因為炭味讓烘烤的食物變味，
而且由於是龍眼、荔枝果樹的樹幹所燒成，
所以會有清淡淡的果香，使食物原有的原味再加上特有的氣息， 
火侯穩定溫度熱值350度，也能穩定保持料持所需熱源。

我們特選嘉義產地曬了一年以上的龍眼木，
經歷一整年的直曬，老龍眼木質地硬，燃燒起來更耐燒，當然煙也更少，
不管是中秋烤肉，桶仔雞或者窯烤料理都OK，
當然露營來考個披薩更是有氣氛，小孩也樂歪

木材都已經劈成標準尺寸，長度都約25~35cm，
我們也都貼心裝箱好了,出門前直接放車上就可以，
也可以避免清理木屑粉塵的問題，
到營區劈好的木頭也能馬上丟進焚火台使用
全程直接幫你曬乾、尺寸劈好、保存裝箱
